Kashmir: Impact of Cancellation of the existing Law- Advantages & Disadvantages

Every coin has two sides, so does the impact of law changes done in Kashmir recently. If dealed maturely with proper planning , kashmir can become a heaven. If dealed crookedly, that land will be a hell with riots and terrorism. Lets check out what are the advantages and disadvantages :-

Advantages

• >> No country will be happy, when your particular section of people hate you for everything you do ,throw stones & attack your own soldiers. When that particular section of people consider their home country as enemies. This type of scenario is worst for every country out there. This feeling has been for years and this cant be changed in a single day. The problem is because of this feeling, the terrorist can manipulate them and they will help these terrorists, which is a threat to our national security. For eradicationg terrorism, the first step is to take control  this scenario. The geographical security himalayan region is giving to us is out of words. So we cant let it go.When viewing in this angle,this law change is actually a good thing for the national security.
• >> Because of the Insecurities in this area and inaccessibility to purchase lands , no company had the willingness to open new branches in this area or to start new projects.This really put back the development of the area to 20 years back. If situation becomes good, then many new companies will start different projects in the area which will be good for youths also.Since companies can buy the land from now, they wont be afraid of losing their  Investments. If youth gets engaged then we can atleast prevent some percentage of youths going for terrorist activities.
• >> Kashmir will be an area where tourism will be in big demand. This land is actually termed as heaven in earth. Its not just a sentence, but the people who visited these places can see the real beauty out there. Currently what backs people from going is ,their fear of  insecurities there. If the area become peaceful, people from all parts of world will be start visiting the place.This leads to high inflow of cash and better opportunities for locals.This will get them more employment opportunities. 
• >> According to statistics, the unemployment percentage of youths in those area is very high. Hence because of this, the terrorist gangs can offer big sums of money and can influence them easily. This is why many youths are joing terroist groups to attack armys and all. If they get employed, we can reduce this to some extend.This will be a gradual process which wil take sometime.
• >> The education for children and youth is not stable right now. The problem of explosions and attacks prevent the parents from sending their children to schools and colleges. As a result most percentage is remaining  uneducated. Its easy to inject your hate ideology to people who doesnt have basic education and knowledge. If situation get better, children and youth will get better education and hence their mentality will change.
• >> The prime motive of pakistan in this matter is not because of any sentiments. The kashmiri people have to understand this. Pakistans aim is to get the kashmir land , which is blessed with abundant natural resources. The  rivers orginating from kashmir is the source of their cultivation in lakhs of acres.So by acquiring kashmir, they want to keep the economical security. Thats their only motive behind this. If you have any second thought like their love towards kasmiri people, just check how they are dealing with balochistan people. They are taking all resources for their benefits and not even giving them what they required. what they do is just suppressing them , 80% of news is not coming to the outside world of the massacres happeing there.So purely dont fall for the crocodile tears from them.Also they have to check the history on why kashmir decided to join Indian union. Because of their greediness, they attacked kashmir at that time, which choose to remain independent.Thats reason why kashmir's ruler entered treaty with indian rulers to join our union. From that time onwards, their eyes was on the resources, not the people.

Disadvantages

• >> The way this law implemented will actually will be a bad effect regarding the feelings of people in those area. They had a hate feeling in their heart everytime,but by doing this we only fueled it thousand times more. Our motive is not just to integrate some land plots to  our country. But our aim should be to integrate the people with our country. If you did this in a gun point, who will love your country? The partiotism should come from heart not from gunpoints.
• >> If anything got wrong, more youths will be attracted to terrorist activities. This will only add more reasons for the terrorists to influence them.
• >> If government acted crooked way by using this law for increasing their votebanks, the things will get more messy. By using the provision to purchase more lands in that region, if govt use some extremists to buy those and start creating a colony there. Gradually there will be colony of extremists along with local people.This can  lead to riots if something went wrong or someone plot any situations. In this type of areas, the probablity of starting a riot will be  very high. Not to forget the revenge of kashmiri pandits is a burning issue among them.If they started to take revenge for that, that area  will be a hell.
• >> The way the killings happening in other BJP rules states in name of cow and religious things. This actually will create more panic among the locals, regarding the integration of new communities into their area. For reducing this, the govt have to take appropriate measures in the areas where the incidents are happening. They have to ensure they will protect them regardless of their religion.
• >> This activity actually got a bad image in international stage for india. They will look it as, we are supressing a community and violating human rights, which is already a talking point among them. 
• >> The kashmir joined with india with an agreement from india with the J&K ruler that time. So actually taking away that agreement, is actually not a ethical thing to do. They should have done it more legally. But since the situation is bad for decades, I dont think it will make any difference.

These points and scenarios are incomplete which you can fill more if you want ,as I have only mentioned few  points here.So lets hope everything will be fine there. Hope the government doesnt have any bad intentions and do best to make it a good place to live. Dont make them feel like we are treating them differently.Just given them all facilities according to their needs. Slowly they will integrate with us .
